Why doesn't the slideshow work? The slideshows are created using a code called Javascript which should be supported by all internet browsers. If the picture slideshows on the slideshow pages are not working please tell us about it and we should be able to fix it soon, click here now.

I don't understand how to work the slideshow? Using the slideshows is easy. Just use the arrows at the bottom of the page to flick between pictures. To stop the slideshow changing pictures click 'Stop' at the bottom of the page. To resume the slideshow click 'Play'. To open the image being displayed on a blank page just click the image being displayed.

I don't have email, how can I contact you? We have made forms so you can contact us even if you don't have a valid setup email account. To contact us without using an email click here and pick a message type.

How do I send in my own review that hasn't been done yet? To send in your own review please fill in the form found here and click submit. We will try to add your review as soon as possible if it is good. Click here to send in your own review now.

Why haven't you added the review I sent in? If we thought your review was not up to scratch, not big enough or contains lots of inappropriate language we may not add your review. Please note, we may edit and spell check reviews prior publishing on the website.

How do I send in my comments about something that has already been reviewed? To send in your own comments you just need to click the 'Comments' tab at the top of a review page. On there at the bottom of the page fill in the form and when you click submit your comment will be added to the page.

I haven't got a reply from my email/message? We try to reply as quick as possible to emails and messages but sometimes there is an error and we don't receive your email/message. Remember to check the email inbox you sent the message with and it may be in the junk mail box. If you sent a message in using one of our contact forms you will only receive a reply if you wrote in a valid email account. Our reply will go to the exact email you wrote. If your email/message was a question and we received, and read it then the question and its answer should be added here.

I cant find the campsite I'm looking for? Remember, we don't have every campsite in France reviewed yet so we may not have the campsite your looking for. As our website is expanding we will have more and more reviews available.
