	One of the best sites in France with a golf course to water park and much, much more. The beaches at St Malo are only a half hour drive away, and there is plenty to do on and off site. This site has also many children's clubs to do. Only four miles away - the old medieval town of Dol-de-Bretagne where you will find some bars, restaurants and several shops. Beautiful sandy beaches of St Malo are only 15 miles away.

Camping Chateau des Ormes is one of the finest sites in France. From a golf course, to a tree top adventure! This glorious site was transformed by the de la Chesnais family from a rundown château into one of France’s finest campsites! The site has also been awarded the Michelin ‘five red tents’ award.

The three pool superb water park with slides and chutes is very popular with all which is beside the tree-lined fishing lake which also has several zip-lines and tree top adventure activities above and around it. This campsite is perfect for all with its tennis, bicycle hire, canoeing, pedalo hire, horse riding and entertainment programmes. It is a very large site that uses the 600 acre grounds of a château.

Despite already having a large water park, the Chateau des Ormes team have recently added to it. The new parts to the water park include a fantastic wave pool and a covered pool with slides and a Jacuzzi! You can see pictures on the slideshow page.

In our time we really enjoyed the sites many activities on the site from the zip lines to the pedalo boats - this is a perfect site for all. With kids clubs and sandy floored parks the kids love it. Also the new fantastic additions to the water park, in our opinion, has made Chateau des Ormes one of, if not the best campsite in France!
